Ban appeal for War criminal name

Hello, i'd like to appeal for a ban that was made a long time ago, this account that im using was the one my brother used before and when he gave it to me I noticed he had a ban from HOG Project reality server due to having a war criminal's name "Slobodan Milosevic" I would like to apologize for that and would like to be forgiven and allowed again to play in your guys amazing server.
