Id like to appeal my ban was created by leroy
I was playing music in the waiting screen of my game earlier today. A person told me to stop playing music;so i listened and i stopped. After i stopped i asked if the person who told me to stop was an admin, and i didn't get a response. Later i was loading into the server, and as soon as i did i got banned. I understand that playing music in the end screen was annoying, but why go ahead and ban me after I stopped playing it :/

Because I told you several times to stop and you didnt. You kept playing music, and in general being an asshat on mumble.

How about you go read the rules.

You didnt hear it because you where playing LOUD MUSIC in mumble. Wtf would you even do that? To what purpose? If you knew it was annoying why the fuck do it?

Using the logic other people do it is as a green light to act like an ass, is as stupid as the phrase " I was only following orders." during the Nuremberg Trials

I understand its annoying, but it was only a minor case of trolling is my point. It made people laugh, and I didnt think it was bannable because other people were doing it. Saying it like that sounds dumb, but it makes sense. If other people do it and dont get in trouble, why would I assume its bannable ;/

I looked up part of the Nuremburg trials, and it shows that when people of higher power give commands others will follow depending on varying factors. We learned about this kind of stuff in psychology. For example, the Milgram study of obedience. The "teacher" followed the instructions to "electrically shock" the "learner" when they answered a question incorrectly, but it was just a study on obedience and nobody actually got shocked. I dont see how the Nuremberg Trials really applies to me doing something i didnt know was bannable. There weren't any orders or anything forcing me to do anything, but at least i got to apply something kinda cool i learned in school.

Im sorry i played the music during the end screen and it wont happen again if you unban me ;/
