oddy and mehason bans appeal

Few days ago (I believe you can check that) some admins freaked out and permanently banned me and my mate mehason for teamswitching while we did that only one time on Ramiel where we had been banned with no warning.

On previous map (Pavlovsk Bay) Raubtier and mehason got switched by autobalance and with the help of admins I got switched to them too. Then with no particular reason admins Jevski and Eggs & Beacon*Cody started insulting ("smartass, asset whore") and pressuring us, saying we broke the rules. Then they warned Raubtier to open squad and 10 secs later (Raub didn't even have time to open his game to do that, he was checking out the rules) he was temp banned. Jevski was really pretentious and denied to refer to a particular rule we broke.

On the next map, Ramiel, we switched intentionally for the first time, we got marked to switch teams on death. We completely understood the attitude of admins to teamswitching, but there was no reason to ban us forever with no warnings just for that one time we switched. I know admins have bad days too but that's not how competent admins do their job. I would like to appeal bans of me and mehason because we were banned at the same time and with the same reason.

Mate, ive seen the behavior and prta drama you guys have stirred up, and that does not fly here on HOG.

You claim that among 50 players both of you where teamswitched by the server.....
And now you telling us that we where calling you asset whores....

I did call you a smartass because you behaved like one. You kept telling us you didnt break a rule, and wanted us to tell you the rules. Instead of doing so I was told you had problems with you eyes and couldn't read the forum.

So you had no problem reading the text ingame, you had no problem using cas with your bad eyesight, but reading the rules....oh no..that you could not, and for that I said you should stop being a smartass. I was also told to stay out of your eyesight problem because it was a personal problem. But you see, if someone is unable to use an asset correctly, may it be their inability to speak/use a mic or see properly, then yes it is the admins problem to make sure the asset is used correctly.

Raub was locking sqd at 4 which is not allowed, again clearly showing he has not read the rules.

So. After all this arguing where you could just follow the rules, you then next round choose to bluefor switch again and take cas the 3rd time.

And then you bloody well come here complaining that we didnt warn you before we banned for team switching, when the previous round has just been one huge bullshit moment from you guys about team switching...

So in short ..Are you fucking kidding me? 10 minutes of arguing about team switching and you do it again and then complain you didnt get warned.

Ok, let's be a bit more logical and constructive. Let's count times rules were rudely broken.

1. I joined the server on Pavlovsk Bay. I asked the admins and they switched me. Jevski wrote in chat to stop asset whoring and to stop switching teams. I switched teams because admin approved it and did it for me. There's no rule against asset whoring. No rules broken.

2. Raubtier locked a squad with 4 people in. Cody warned him and literally 10-20 seconds later temp banned him. He would've unlocked it if you gave him a minute or two while he was checking the rules more carefully. Rule kind of broken, could've worked out a bit better.

3. We teamswitched on Ramiel. There's a rule about keeping teamswitches to a minimum. If that counts as excessive then let it be it. We got permabanned from server. Really?

Also this is HOG and it's not PRTA affiliate right? Then why are mentioning PRTA, Jevski? You obviously don't know what the fuck been happening between us and PRTA yet you're drawing conclusions and it makes me think that you're just being racist. If that's it, it explains our permaban, lol.
