Read the rules, I now understand that I was breaking the "free kit sqd" rule by using grenadier w sqd lead position.
I was warming up that game + all sqds were full so I just created and didnt expect a full sqd. Thats why I had "CHILL INF" for the name.
My bad, I guess leaving the sqd right after offended you.

It has nothing to do with kits

I joined your sqd and sat in it for around 5 min. No one talked, not you not anyone. Everyone was just doing their own thing. I said that if you dont want to SL, then disband the sqd. You left it instead. So now I have to deal with a new SL. Have him take over as sl or disband, he didnt respond so now I have to resign him, and we get a new sl, and the former SL rejoins. And round and round we go, never ending story. Takes ages for that sqd to be disbanded just because YOU DIDNT READ THE RULES.

ahhhh. Didn't hear the disband part. My bad, Im usually on my game when im sqd leading but I was lacking.

I tried to give orders and location of nmes when I spoke at earlier times but no one was speaking(only 1 he left), so I just laid off and thought it was cool to keep on playing(I see thats not teamwork now lol).

Again, My bad. All other sqds we're full cept mortars so I thought creating one was a good Idea.
Read the rules. I'll keep my sqd joining and creating actions appropriate in the future.
