My Ban Appeal

Hi,
I regularly play the mixed map server, and I can admit that I have accidentally killed a fellow teammate in the past, and on one occasion "revenge-killed" another (although that may have been on another server). However, I was never banned before today. Not 10 minutes ago I was playing, and the map changed to Burning Sands. Before the game actually began, I got banned for excessive teamkilling. In the map before this one I played for about 2/5th of the run time, and during that time had not killed a single person, friendly or not. I was hoping to be unbanned. didn't realize that was a bannable offense, I was kind of just absentmindedly hitting it. Does it really warrent a ban? I guess I was just confused it was considered teamkilling.

You have of course read our rules and know them by heart...

we told you not to create squads but you kept doing it...

I took a closer look and you seem to be fairly new, is that true?
