Banned for moving trans chopper off CAS spawn

Hey guys, so I'll try and make this quick to not waste your time. Me and a friend were flying CAS, so just before the helo spawned in we realized there was a trans chopper parked on the CAS spawn. I called up the trans squad leader and asked permission to move the trans helo so the CAS could spawn, as I went to move it I was banned. My friend later contacted the squad leader who claimed he did in fact give permission and that it was likely a squad member who contacted the admins.Thanks for your time, my in-game name is nux.

Haley was the banning admin. He will be a long shortly
