Banned for no reason

So today i opened PR and joined the server after the rounds ended it switched to a new map and while is was waiting for someone to create a squad so i can join, i was kicked witht the reason that i didnt join a squad. After retrying to join it said that i am banned by an admin or for teamkilling.

If you read our rules you would know why you were banned. You shot an rpg at the end of the round while everyone was standing in your main base because your team was loosing. Because this is your first offense that I know of, I'll lift the ban but come back with a better attitude and follow the rules.

Ye i actually checked it later, my bad. So i would like to know if there is a way to get undanned. I didnt know and i would say sorry but no admins have replied and i tried to reach out an admin in ts3 but no response. Thanks for replying btw
