Ban Appeal (mistake?)

I was banned without warning or for any apparent reason on 6/19/2016 (in-game name: "LightandQuite"). Was this a mistake?

Just was informed that I was PERMA-BANNED (by haley) for taking an MTLB (on SL orders) out of main. I was under the impression that the MTLB was not a claimable asset. Also again I received no warnings, or complaints for that matter, before being permanently banned from the server. (by haley). I do not believe this severity of punishment is justified and that this may even be a abuse of power.

I admitted to the asset theft of the MTLB (which I was ignorant of being theft at the time), this was a mistake on my part. I did not team kill, shoot from main, or waste assets, who was accusing me of these things? player reports or logs? Also I was just outside of main in the MTLB when I was disconnected and banned, I was in it for no longer than 60 seconds and about 100 meters out of main. Again I received no warnings or complaints from admins or players prior to the banning. I have witnessed players TK and worse on purpose on HOG only to receive warnings or kicks and I accidentally steal an MTLB and receive a permanent ban with no warnings? I know you guys are defending your server and your admins decision but you have to be able to see whats wrong with this occurrence.
