I've been permanently banned and I don't know why

Hello friends, I cannot enter the server and I have been permanently banned, but I do not know what is the reason, but what I did or I thought that my game mate was the enemy because our clothes were the same and it was not unintentionally, I love this server and I always play with the team in it I hope that the ban will be lifted from me and I apologize for what I did, but unintentionally. In the same server, a player shot me and I was killed and I did nothing to him at all. Such approval happened to me many times and I did not know why they did this to me.
