I'm surprised there's not a "why do you want to be an admin" field so I'll add it:

Why do you want to be an admin?: Mostly to be able to call votes and set next maps when there are few/no other admins on. I frequently play after 10PM pacific time. At this time of day, there's usually only 1-2 admins on, often inactive or not particularly attentive. This sometimes leads to calling votes too late or not at all, leading to a dead server when we end up on Shijia with 40 players.

Any news on my application? It's only 10:45PM for me right now, no admins are on, pop is ~50, and Silent Eagle is next. This is why I want to be an admin.

Not sure if Super is on vacation or something, but I completed the training a little over 2 weeks ago and replied to the PM, but don't seem to be on the admin list yet. Is there anything else I need to do at this point?
