Admin Application - Justice

I would like to apply for admin on the =HOG= server. My in-game name is Justice. I have played PR for several years and have spent countless hours playing on =HOG= ever since it was a Muttrah 24/7 server.

A little about myself and history: I'm 30 years old. I have a BA in Criminal Justice from SHSU. I spent several years playing regular BF2 starting in late 2009. A year or two later I joined a BF2 clan and worked myself up in rank pretty quickly. Within several months I was a General (co-Founder) managing over 100+ members from all over the world. I spent countless hours scanning hundreds of aliases through PBBans, checking for hackers, recording, screenshooting and banning hackers from the server I helped manage. Just as I banned players, I also unbanned players whose bans did not have sufficient evidence provided by the admins whom administered the bans. My server was always a fair play server and I made absolutely sure that any unjust or unfair kicks or bans remained at the very minimum if they happened at all.

Just as I was trained to be an admin, I later trained others to become admins, then I appointed admins to train new members as I moved up in rank. As time went by, the original Founder and other members began having many disputes and I did not like the aggressive manner in which members were being treated. The clan began to fall apart and I did not want to be part of a system that disrespected players so I sided with many loyal and great members and left. We are still in communication to this day.

That being said, I have plenty of experience not only as an admin in-game, but have worked as an arbitrator within a large group of people. I have managed websites as well as Teamspeak organization within my clan.

Noticed nobody has taken their time to reply to my request, even after talking to admin on teamspeak about it, but all others have gotten replies. If it's a NO, just be straight up so I can at least have an answer or to delete this request.

I would like to re-apply for admin. As noted by the date of this thread, the first time I applied was 4 months ago. Would be happy if you guys took my application into consideration once more. Thanks.
