European PR admin and =vHc=

Hello guys,


I started playing PR in 2009 with my B.GhostReaper account ("Star" on the HOG forums back then). I started to wear the =vHc= tags together with xambone and continued playing for a long long time.
All out of a sudden I just got bored and stopped playing PR, but now I'm back under a new name: Bearguy! ("Bearguy." ingame since I forgot the password and email of "Bearguy" )
My B.GhostReaper account still is an official wearer of the =vHc= tags so technically I am as well.

What I'm asking is the following:
- Can I continue wearing the =vHc= tags under "Bearguy."
- Can I be a PR admin for HOG

The reason I want to be a PR admin for HOG is the fact that each time I'm logged in (European times) the server is sometimes full but there simply isn't any admin on to prevent chaos on the server.
I'm always on TS3 when I play Project Reality and I only see EagleOneFoxTwenty being AFK sometimes.
This has been the case for at least the last four weeks.
