Where to buy Arma 3?

Hi there!
I got a new computer and thought about giving Arma 3 a try maybe.
It's rather expensive so I thought I ask here first - as far as I remember there are some sites out there where you can buy a cheap russian license or something like that and it will work just fine. I just don't remember the site anymore...

Maybe someone of you can help me out?
