Ban Appeal

Just now on burning sand both Hitman2actual and I were banned. Our team was destroying theirs. We killed the fob on airfield and then was engaging an RTB tank with no gunner. After the tank was destroyed we returned to airfield to get ready for inf assult. We start being engaged by enemy APC from the hill south of airfield so we went and engaged. They actually engaged us from DOD. They killed our BMP3 pretty quicklyalso. Ultimately they died. We returned to air field and they were setting up a fob with tow just outside of DOD. We engaged it for about 3 seconds before we went RTB for ammo as we were completely out. Just after fully rearming at main we were banned. Eagle1Foxtwenty was in our squad the whole time and can chime in on this. Please pull the battle recorder and see for yourself.

I must also point out that Eagle was the gunner of our BMP3

To add on about the situation, both enemy apcs engaged from DOD ridge. Our BMP-3 went down quickly and we engaged the apc that chased the burning BMP down, close to the airfield fence. The last warrior was still trying to hit us for DOD ridge. We quickly engaged, as mango said, and went RTB because we had no armaments left.

I was in the squad but died in the bmp3 shortly after. nobody shot passed the hill or into DOD. the were banned while in their own main also. i had switched to the other team before they were banned.

Red dot indicates where you where when you engaged. Blue is the apc you killed. I was following it closely on Prism.

In case you missed it...from our rules.

Do not attack enemy bases unless there is an attack flag on it. Bases that have no flag on them are considered out of limits. People that are trying to bend the rules or like testing the limits will be removed. The rules are clear enough, stay away from main bases.

Again I stress that we were engaged first. In addition he isn't in DOD. He is in fact outside of it and was engaging us. I'm not trying to "spin a tale" as you imply. I am simply explaining to you the facts of what I experienced. I play on your server often and follow your rules. I'm also an admin on BASED. We are not some "trolls" simply causing problems. We would appreciate being un-banned and will take extra care to ensure an incident like this does not happen again. Can you find it in your heart to unban us oh mighty Jevski?

In addition will you please post a copy of the battle recorder so I may review it.

Additionally the only reason we were even that close to dod to begin with was we were moving to intercept the RTB tank that had no gunner. As soon as we got confirmation he was dead we turned around to return to airfield.

Jevski, you are engaging a tank, kill it. then as you retreat an apc engages. you engage him, and a 2nd apc engages you. they weren't trying to break any rules. they didn't do it intentionally. they were trying to get out as the bmp i was in went down and they had no back up. nobody is trying to spin a tale. shit gets crazy in battle, they shot at a tow and retreated. they didn't stay there to engage and destroy every asset, they covered their ass as they retreated....
