Again a ban appeal

Got ran over by hum-v beeping horn and driving full speed in circles at main, returned fire and instantly got banned, again not much to say from this one apart from the fact that I did nothing to deserve a ban.

You were spouting all kinds of gibberish in Main and at the same time started to shoot at me on point blank range and killed me with it. After that you fired at others despite that others were telling you local that it is main and to stop as you are hitting friendlies.

This happened on Operation Marlin, so there is no Humvee, don't know what you are trying to pull out of your ass but you can come back with in the week for all I care

By hum-v what I meant was armored vehicle, I really don't have the time to be looking at/looking up all vehicle names on one record.

By 'Gibberish' I think you mean the fact I was talking to dink who had recently joined my squad, coms consisted of me telling him I was unable to fly the exact helicopter that was on that map as the controls where too sensitive, as I was moving out of trans squad and into an Infantry squad.

The reason I had *returned fire towards you* (not opened fire) was because you where driving in circles in main with an armored vehicle, beeping the horn, had nearly missed 2 other vehicles including teammates, and had contacted me in a direct collision nearly killing me, as soon as you had got out of the vehicle my incentive was to return fire, killing you.

I understand attacking teammates is wrong regardless of retaliation but you have no right to change your story into saying that you had nothing to do in the matter.

Also to the 'despite that others were telling you local that it is main and to stop as you are hitting friendlies.' is a complete falsification, not a single person had said anything along the lines of this towards me or as far as I know, anyone else around me, I had not dispensed a single round from my gun prior this incidence, nor had I attacked any teammate, this could be from the perspective of someone else as there was a large number of infantry in main at the time.

If anyone else is able to take the case they are free to do so, I do not have any recording of the incidence as I do not record my gameplay due to storage issues, I'm sure the battle recorder captured the incidence in full if anyone has, or knows how to/has access to it, that would be greatly appreciated.

Whatever you are claiming that I did is fine by me as I am not perfect and should be called out on it but I did not hit anyone, all we did was mount eventually some kind of group togheter to head out in the APC if the tracker proves otherwise, I will gladly hand out my apologies to you but I doubt that.

Your Teamkilling continued after you shot me down down, and you ignoring me and the others after that remains the reason for this ban.

If the person you are claiming was team killing was not hit by your ACP then I am the wrong person.

The events I recall where that I had run from the heli pads on the shore side of main past what was mostly inf/respawn crate, the APC that hit me was approximately 10 meters away from the cache sitting next to the containers, had a single personnel inside which was the driver, had come from the repairs section of main, completed a total of 2 doughnut like rotations of main nearly missing other vehicles/teammates before it had hit me directly, the vehicle had stopped from that point at which I shot nearly 12 rounds from the M9 pistol, killing the driver.

Nearly a total of 5 seconds later I was banned after the driver of the APC had been taken down, again I have no recollection of the drivers name, the name of the vehicle, quarters of main base this had occurred or the people who where talking around me but I can with 100% certainty tell you that not a single person around me was talking to me or about the APC, the only radio chatter I had heard as my game froze as of being kicked was "yo that dude just got banned" (laughter).

If the events you recall where any different from the specifics that have been stated above then I Strongly suggest you watch the tracker or game recording or anything that keeps a record of this because I can again say with certainty that these are the events that occurred.

If the occasion had been anything like what you stated or any different from what went on a the time my outcome towards the situation would have been greatly different, I will fully accept the fact that I had killed the driver at main before I was banned but only because I was near death myself after the collision.
