- banned for racism
- I did not post anything racist in chat at all at any point. At one point we were talking shit in squad mumble and a person with hog tags was in our squad. This happened several rounds before the ban was implemented. The ban was implemented at a crucial point of the round when we were manning an apc.

Is this a common practise on your server to just ban people without proving any evidence why they were banned?

I'll repeat what I said in MasterHenaz's ban appeal:
Bottom line: You can say whatever you want with your friends privately in your own Discord, TS, etc. That's none of our business.
But you were saying racist shit over mumble while in our server, in full view of a head admin. So that's why you've been banned. No proof is required if a head admin who understands your language witnesses your conversation live.
