CheeseToast Ban appeal

Yesterday (4/28/2016) I was banned for being disrespectful towards 2 admins, Jevski and Eggs&Bacon Cody.

I was being extremely rude on another server a day or two prior to my permanent ban, i called jevski a Cu**. and the day of my ban i said Eggs and bacon as well as jevski were "nazi admins" I watched 1 of my friends from each incident get Temp banned they did break server rules and i let my Anger get the better of me and took it out on both admins, instead of not following the rule of "if you have nothing nice to say dont say it" I then went on the teamspeak and asked why i was banned, Jevski posted a screenshot of me calling him the C word on another server, and i tried to argue my way out of the ban which again i shouldn't have done, instead have just came here. I dont feel the ban was unjust. But i am here to appeal it anyways because i made a mistake. If you do not choose to unban me i would like to say sorry to Eggs&bacon as well as Jevski for being an ass both ingame and in Teamspeak anyways.

I did find our talk on TS very informative.

This is what I found out:

You dont consider calling someone a nazi or a cunt vulgar or extreme language, you said you where expressing an opinion.

You dont think that continuous rule breaking should lead to temp or perm bans, but rather that we should warn every time a regular who breaks the same rule over and over and over because its a minor think to for example lock sqds, even though it takes away the admins time to play.

You are still claiming that your friend didn break any rule, even though he is one of those who gets warned several times a week. Also I explained to you the why and how about the bans and you still dont think anything wrong was done. He solo'ed the Hind, and when I did ask him why i should, as ive explained to you, warn warn warn warn when he clearly knows the rules, he went..."are you talking to me?" I said to him that he should use the next 3 hours to read the rules, and then I tempbanend him. Instead of reading the rules, he went to another server and whined like a little bitch and told you lies as to what happened.

The 2nd time, only a few days later the same "friend" chose to get a pilot kit from main and run into battle when we had a full server, with few tickets left. Thats Asshatting. He is not supporting the team at all, just ruining it for the rest, and he got removed again.

And guess what. You come hollering as usual, that im a bad admin, that he didnt do anything wrong, and then that im a nazi.

What I also find interesting is that you chose to do all this bitching under a different name than the usual one you play with.

So in conclusion, I dont think you fit here.

Wow really scraping the bottom of the barrel arent you jevski? Notice how half the reports for TKS theres no TKS to go along with them? also the log where i TKed the guy first was accidental i cant remember exactley what happened but it was accidental he came back and TKed me and i reported him, while you were on PRISM at the time and didnt do anything about it. Also the VN-3 Is not claimable atleast not by your rules thats what priceline reported me for cause i asked Casualty about it and he said it was fine. Also the time you TB'd me for one manning was because i was driving to get my guy from shore on muttrah to save the tickets.

So in conclusion its nice to see that you are willing to find any small tiny infraction (even false reports) to use as ammo against me. And in the Teamspeak if im correct you started being hostile towards me for no reason despite me giving you respect even though we were argueing And for the event with Austin in the hind i know what happend cause i was in TS with him and i was on the same team
