If we then use your logi on this: Since you are at present soloing, but will in the future, of this present timeline, cease to solo, you are at the present not soloing. Logic correct?

Lets apply same logic to another situation. I walk up to you in the present time and tk you. But I know that I in the future, after this action will switch sides, and thus be your enemy, hence not be teamkilling you, but killing an enemy instead.
