So long story short my PC lags ( FPS Drop) like shit for some reason on any game.
And its not playable so i need help

could be something overheating. do you monitor your temperatures while playing?

Nothing is overheating because agterwards i deleted some temp files and then i rebooted played csgo with a min of 30 fps lowest and when i hopped on PR and look towards a city it was like 5-10 fps.
It only happens when i am playing PR

Check disk usage / update graphic drivers / check CPU usage when you are running PR
Check background running programs
