This guy is totally unfair. He is permanently banning some players.

Seems pretty fair to me.
You admitted you didn't see the alert message. So you acknowledge he warned you first. It's not our fault that you didn't see the message. It literally tells you "Stop Doing That" on your screen to catch your attention. You should probably be more attentive.

I was driving the vehicle and orienting myself on the map, I couldn't see the message.
Also, it's not fair to permanently ban for that.
