Disruptive player excalibur was created by sprint113
Player named excalibur on kozelsk, ending around 1:45am Eastern on 4/16/2017 on the militia side while no admins were on. He kept stealing and single seating armored vehicles and running over enemies and friendlies alike. Various intentional TKs through the duration of the map. There should be a log of the reports.
