Help ! "Kicked off Server" Unable to join.

Hello. I am new to PR and wanted to join this server. I went to join it kicked me out. I had this problem with a couple other servers aswell which i got sorted through there forums. When i try to join the server isn't full reserved slots are not used either. I had tpo be whitelisted on one server to actually play because it kept kicking me. I dont use a vpn or anything it just kicks me. I think it might be because i am new or something like that. My hash key is 9606fef14448bdf306f48af5ad72ce95 and my name on PR is SwagKillerSmith .
