High ping issue

Hello my friends, i've been always playing in HOG around 110~120 ping, I live in Brazil, this ping is normal due to the distance to the server. Around 2 weeks ago my ping has been fixed to 260ms , it is laggy as fuck, my soldier feels like teleporting all over the place, my shoots wont register etc. My friends are playing with normal ping (110~120ms) Im the only one who is fixed (wont go up or down) to 260ms. I dont know why this is happening, it only happens in HOG server.
