I had to do a system reset and wasn't paying attention to my previous account information for PR/Steam, so I have been going by my alternate game name> Fallen Soldiers
Unable to Connect to server. was created by 11Bravo

I was on for 3 or 4 rounds earlier without any issues. Left to go eat dinner after Burning Sands and that is what I get for a reason to not be able to access the server.

Hmmm..... Thoughts on what happened. When I left the game it was pre-loading Rebel map. I disconnected at about the 15% mark to go find me some MRE's (just kidding) and eat me some dinner After I got finished eating I kept trying connect to the server, then I came here and posted about my issue. After I got done tracking down my Hash and locating it {which was a little bit of a dig since I didn't find any good clear instructions on where to locate it, maybe I missed them}. The previous map Rebel was still up and I had another issue connecting. As soon as the map changed to the next map I was actually able to reconnect without a hiccup.
My apologies for the inconvenient / impatient desire to rejoin the server. Problem resolved, carry on and see you all in the server.
