Server disconnects & shows 2500 ping

I'm nor new to PR neither a veteran. I started playing in April. I play during non-peak hours at that time only =HOG= server is populated. But when I try to join it after 1-2 min it disconnects & shows 2500 ping. I had been playing on =HOG= for two weeks every day. But now I'm unable to do so. Why this problem is occurring? I didn't change my network, nor my OS.

There was server update recently as i believe so check your current version.
It happens when server crash or shutted down(2500ping, unable to join) so try to join couple hours later or next day, youll be able to join.

Check your current version and try to relogin with your steam account
