Can I get whitelisted (steam account level too low error)

I just reinstalled PR after a short hiatus and apparently my steam account with dozens of games and hundreds of hours played is deemed only level 2 by this very amazing and bestest new login system the devs have implemented. I can join other servers fine, but I get an error saying my PR account level is too low when trying to connect to the HOG server. Can I get whitelisted?

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, same error:
- client lost connection to the login server
- the server requires a higher PR account level
