Overuse/Abuse of !tickets Command

I've noticed on multiple occassions that the "!tickets" command is possibly being overused or abused. I understand it's necessary when trying to determine how many tickets are left in order to do a map vote, but I've seen it used a lot even after a map has already been set. I don't believe there is any reason to use it again, especially by the same individual who did the vote, after next is set. This, in my opinion, is likened to ghosting of enemy tickets. I'm not here to single anyone out, but I think it needs to be brought to everyone's attention, and should specifically be emphasized in new-admin training.
