Did he apologize? Was it intentional? Were the chopper gunners firing at targets from DOD?

If it wasn't intentional grief destroying assets in DOD, do you want him banned from the only populated English PR server for messing up with a single helicopter kill while combat was taking place on the edge of DOD on the last flag?

I just don't see what there is to get out of it besides ruining the game for him and his friends several days later over active combat on a flag ~50m from DOD. Do you want him banned for this? What do you see the community gaining from this?
