report "PRID Anjar" player

the story is... i were using mortar pit before he joined server. he made mortar squad name but HOG server have no mortar rule so mortar is not claimable. i already tell him there re no mortar rule and not claimable then i tell him on mumble build 2nd mortar under my tower on the fortress. and all he reply to me is "cant build", then he removed fob to stop me replace mortar pit. there was 1 admin on prim but prob he was in work so i report again on the forum.Sorry its a bit drama but if dont make it clear it gonna be happend again bc sometime admin couldnt see report in game or busy.

if he nicely talk to me then i prob i ll go down the tower and let him build 2nd by the crate but he didnt say anything, he just reply 2 words "cant build" when i told him build 2nd mortar under me. he though he had mortar squad name then he could do over other player.
