i can't seem to disable email notifications from the forums
here are my settings:
i think the greyed out option is what i need to be able to check in order to completely suppress the emails

The box is grey because you set the above option to No email notification.
If you are getting Forum emails, try going to c0dyb -> Edit -> Forum Settings -> Subscription Default > no
You may have to also manually unsubscribe from all previous participated threads, though I would assume not. (Action > Unsubscribe)
