Banned from the server PR

Today I was banned, I don't know why, some HOG guy, Jev(something) create a sqd and I join it, then HE LEAVE the sqd and the system put me as sqd leader, then I told to the team and the other sqd leaders the situation, and am I banned for that?

I know is easy, I have playing 1 year or more without any issue, always with respect, you need guys before banned some guy, check the situation first, thank you for the help.
