Can you please Temp-Ban this guy?

Yesterday(12 May around noon PST) this guy "Medteam" kept taking helicopters (in one case stealing it) on Kashan and Shijia Valley and he must have lost at least 10 helicopters just from crashing into things, even on a flat road he managed to flip them. I don't think it was on purpose because he probably just couldn't fly at all. The problem was people kept telling him to stay on the ground but there were no admins on so nothing could be done, and he never once responded so I don't know maybe it was intentional. Either way could you guys perform a temp-ban and say it was for crashing helicopters? Maybe he might learn his mistake because it was really frustrating losing so many tickets because of him and nobody could really do anything about it.
