So I know what a smoke grenade is
And I know what spamming is
(and I know what "No" means...generally)
Can someone give me an example of how an insurgent (or anyone else) would exploit smoke grenades to their "illegal" advantage?

Well, that's just it...the rule has it's own line under "Insurgency Rules" so I thought there might be some exclusive-to-insurgents application. If it's just an extension of garden variety asshatting then no explaination necessary.
Also, do Germans eat a lot of bacon? I always imagined they were more sausage types.
