Rules in PR was created by =HOG=Haley11thACR
I notice lately that players, particularly admins are seeking a more definitive rules list and the application of such rules....
We set the rules in PR up to be vague intentionally because we learned from past rule making that, no matter how explicit and how much we tailor the rules to particular maps there is always confusion and inconstant application of the rules. We accept the current inconsistencies and confusion for what it is...adding more specific rules will only make it much worse despite the best of intentions...
The goal of the admins should be to make the game fair and enjoyable to the most players...use the rules to make an example and weed out problem players. Other players will learn the rules quickly...
The main goal of the rules is to maintain fair play and to let the game flow...do not spend time analyzing the particular details of what a squad is doing or not doing. Answer the reports and obvious violations and let the game play out... pay attention to the map votes...
Weighing the game down with too many rules and vigorous detail to kicks and bans makes the gameplay and the admining unbearable.
Dont micromanage the game.
Let players play and let the stupid shit slide when it is better for the overall game play.
To put it simply the gameplay is meant to be fun and fair so we can attract more players....

How about having more specific rules Internally? Like for the Admins?
By Improving the Admins (No offense) you improve how they can and will deal with said situations, which in turn should make the Server better?
That's all I got to say.
