Squad Leader, What type of squad leader do you like to play With / Be?

Hi guys , FlyGavin here , I'm a newly enlisted and sometimes I get a little to moto on PR and make a goof of myself lol. So I thought what type of squad leader do people like playing with? Do you guys like the MOTO "this ain't a game, pre-check your weapons before we head in" squad leaders or do you guys prefer the "you get a kit, YOU GET A KIT, EVERYONE GETS A KIT" type of squad leader? There are many others types I'm leaving out but let me know what the "ideal" type of leader you guys like to play with
