Toxic Players

Hello everyone. I'm pretty new to Project Reality (been playing for about 2 weeks now) I really enjoy the game / server with the realism aspects and everything else it has to offer. However, one thing that I have noticed in my time of playing is the large number of people that seem to lack the ability to talk to other players respectfully.

Players screaming / cussing others over the mic to "get the f*ck out" of a vehicle, entitled players who think they "own" a certain part of the map or vehicle(s) (and will give you bad attitudes all around if you decide to build in "their" area.) I cannot stand this kind of nuisance behavior from the giant man-children who behave like this over a videogame.

It's as if everyone intentionally tries to be a big of an asshole as they possibly can, because most of the time, there is no repercussion for this kind of behavior. Everyone forgets the whole reason you're playing PR to begin with: ENJOYMENT. So what I want to ask is, can we start having admins look into toxic players who have complaints against them? I believe there should be punishing consequences for people who cannot play nice with others, and it also is very detrimental to the community as a whole when these players get off scott free behaving like turds.

Also, many of those situations, might be because of your are inexperienced. As you say you have only played 2 weeks.

There are many things that are annoying as hell when a newbie comes along.

Among them. Non-sqd members not leaving vehicles when asked to make room for the sqd.
Other ppl stealing assets or logis in use.
And yes, some do Own certain vehicles, which and how can be read in the rules.
Imagine you are sniper, or a spotter lazing for cas, and then suddenly an AR comes up next to you and start to shot at the enemy..wouldnt you be pissed?


So a tip, dont Squad lead. Join a sqd. Tell them you are new, and stick to rifleman.
I saw you today, and did warn you for running a free kit sqd. Your sqd of 7 or so was in 7 different grids, none of them next to each other, and I saw no attempt to get cohesion. So learn the game first, learn the basics.
My guess is that you did something wrong, and you have because you are new at this no clue what.

As to your tempban, what you say happend and then was logs say are 2 different things

Although I can see that shallow wasnt being truthfull either. You only tk'ed once. You didnt continue as he claims.

You were actually on our fob.. 1 man shooting in the air on IA drang letting the enemy know where we were. You were shooting randomly and shooting friendlies and constantly cussing me out in Squad leader comm simply because I asked you to stop talking because I couldnt hear. You did TK me. You were very toxic, racist and many other rules broken.

He did continue by shooting near us, shooting in the same bushes my squad was in. Every one knows when you play IA DRANG you must camp a bush when defending a flag. He kept intentionally comming and threatening to tk. Shooting all around us, grenading near us. Etc.

First I'd just like to say, congratulations on bumping and necroposting in a 2 week old thread. I find it adorable you felt the need to come here and defend yourself, but then again it doesn't surprise me when you were recently banned for racism. LOL.

You got bent out of shape because I beat you to building a Forward Base in an area on the map that you seem to think belongs to you. Newsflash douchebag: I can build where ever I please so long as it's benefiting the team and not in a bad place. I don't need your permission to do something in a videogame. You didn't like the fact I built a base "in your area" and you had to be a cunt and threaten to TK me.

Talk shit, get hit. Simple as that.

As for the ban you got (lol again) it's well deserved in my opinion, and I hope it stays permanent. Fun fact: there has been a public hack circulating around the internet that force types racist messages into chat then closes your game. I'm gonna go ahead and take a good guess you were using said hack, since this was the reason for your ban.
