Looks old as hell with new headlights and re-painted for base layer woodland. Probably came back from overseas and just got re-painted. There were some articles in 2017 about AAV fires and some Marines were severely injured. The crewmen of AAVs call them death traps, some of the AAVs have drowned. They are old from the 70s and 80s, I'm sure they are done making new ones.

.) Tracks havent been overseas in a combat zone since 2005-6
.) There are two programs for refurbishment of the vehicle IROAN and now RCCA. With RCCA you receive a virtually new vehicle, every single part is new, the hull is refurbished. Both programs repaint the vehicles.
.) The AAV fire was aboard camp pendleton when a track clipped an exposed natural gas pipeline, it can happen to any vehicle.
.) We do not call them deathtraps, and accidents are incredibly rare. I am an Amtracker.
