Intentionally killed me to steal my kit

I had a problem with the player (B2P1). This guy intentionally killed me to steal my HAT kit ... He was playing on my squad and after I tried to help him with the audio from what I was hearing around me, he was unintentionally hit by the friend who was accompanying him. So the three of us did the main respawn and I went to rescue my kit in another vehicle separate from them two, but arriving at the destination this B2P1 player insisted on asking me for my HAT kit, so I denied and said he had the previous marksman kit , and right after that B2P1 intentionally killed me to steal the HAT as seen in the demo! and then the bastard tried to mislead the admin by reporting that I had stolen his HAT kit
