What we are trying to say here is that u wasted and asset for going to fast we all CAS players know the different speeds for our airplanes and we care about them i saw u crashing for me that was an asset wasted I followed the rules and kick you for asset wastes then u came back and started to bitch about it I explained to your friend why u got kick he didn't understand so you said that I abuse my powers and stuff I only made cas to prevent more waste of the asset i have nothing more to say

So he do a very good job with CAS and one mistake...that can happen , but i think that definitely dont was wasted asset.

I find kicking someone for one wasted asset questionable.

Creating the squad immediately after? Way over the line, IMO. It doesn't matter if you feel the kick was justified. Best case scenario it LOOKS LIKE admin abuse, Worst case scenario it IS admin abuse.

so you are saying, one death in a10 is waste, so you would kick or ban soap too? Where did this come from, since when if one air craft is lost that its cause for removal, who told you to do that? Look regarding the A10 stuff.

i would like to give you my perspective as someone who flies all the time, he was obviously coming in to fast in the video. 680 is the proper gear deployment for the a10.

From the video they were flying way to fast to land it without issue.

But if i saw that, i would have kicked with the "learn" command. The jet is already dead, it has a 20 minute respawn or does not respawn depending on the layout. So a single kick is maybe a 5 minute time out from the server. plenty of time to get back in. Super i do not know how much you have flown since i last played with you, but it is obvious after asking other major fliers the proper landing speed for an a10, and when they say sub 700(680). and i can tell that this was not close to that. I have experienced the same exact thing as he has. I literally stopped flying and gave the next respawn to someone else.

As for making the new squad super, i can not comment on that. That is odd and weird. I have been banned for less in the past, i have seen kicks for less in the past, i have also kicked for crashing on landing or take off in the past. Depending on the severity they have either been kicked from my squad personally, or kicked from the server. Obviously back in the day when there were more players and more populated servers, i would temp ban with the "learn" command as i have seen it done by other admins before me. If this is wrong i will stop kicking players for it and will retract my statement.

From my perspective though, there is no reason a pilot who knows how to fly should crash on landing. There are very few exceptions to trans helicopters or the tiger where those are just straight buggy. But the a10's "landing gear bug" was fixed and has been a non issue if you land at the proper speed.

And to tie it all up, i never said one death in the asset is ban or kick worthy, you are putting words in my mouth and that is very unfair. What i said, is if i saw that landing i would have kicked for the reason "learn". I hate flying the a10 but when i have to, i know how to land it. I took that time to go forth and practice my landings. This would have seemed to me (as an experienced cas pilot) as someone who did not know how to fly. so i would have been hard pressed to not have kicked for a crash on landing. Again i will state, you, and Haley have kicked for similar incidents. Other admins have kicked for similar incidents. This is a precedence that has been established and been upheld since it has been a rule. As for making the same squad afterwords, i can not say, or condone that. situations like that make this messy and the whole reason why this is probably a thread is because of that.

And again i will state and be clear, I DO NOT CONDONE TAKING OVER THE SQUAD AFTER THE KICK AND NEVER SAID SUCH A THING, WHAT I SAID WAS THAT I WOULD HAVE USED THE LEARN COMMAND TO KICK THE PILOT AS THIS HAS BEEN SET AS A PRECEDENCE BY ADMINS BEFORE ME EVER SINCE THAT HAS BEEN A RULE. THE JET IS ALREADY DESTROYED SO THERE IS NOT A CONSEQUENCE OTHER THAN A KICK. TAKING OVER A SQUAD AFTER DOING SO IS CLEARLY SEEN AS ADMIN ABUSE BY ANY SORT OF PUBLIC MEMBER PLAYING ON THE SERVER. PLEASE DO NOT PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH SAYING THAT I CONDONE SUCH ACTIONS AS I DO NOT.
