No one from inside the community is sabotaging the servers for seeding purposes, actually, prta admins run the !stop command when they're heading off in order for Hog to seed, i've seen it many times and heard admins saying go to hog.
i think there is a problem with the host server itself and perhaps if you guys could give it a closer look a solution might show up.
