I joined FCV yesterday (for the very first time) and played half a round of khami. Their MIG pilot crashed his jet @ bunker 39. I drove a jeep and ran into 2 Bradleys and 1 Abrams in the open and all of them missed their rounds. I killed 4 guys @ oilfield with my rifleman kit so they decided to shoot me with 3 AT4s and all of them missed. They then decided to get on the tow and shoot me and I killed that guy on the tow after he shot a missile at the wrong window..

The quality of battle is different, no doubt. I feel like I am playing with bunch of preschoolers, and thats why we HOG have a (more) tactical server and a more mature player group. Most of our players respect each other and they actually feel bad for messing up. The feeling of working with a group of tactical players, winning a round or CQB is just, that GOOD!

I'm a neutral party and hope to stay that way. I don't think anyone else should chime in to this thread with any further negative comments about another server, it just adds fuel to the flames. The question at hand was about HOG's reputation, which I think has been agreed upon is intact despite some rivalry between them and FCV. Cody seems to be new and didn't know any better so he accidentally got caught up in it first hand. I also wouldn't throw blanket statements out about another server. You can say without being dishonest that generally you will find more consistent, better gameplay on certain known servers, such as HOG, but I've witnessed the good and the bad on all servers. I can also assure you that I wouldn't be participating on other servers like FCV if it was a joke the whole time. If you play this game for more than a day you will see familiar players and can always decide which server to be apart of. Generally speaking, I find that the more players you can recognize in a server the better the game will be because in the end its just those 100 people in the server at that time which dictate how that specific round will turn out.

Cody - Joining FCV because you might do something to get banned on HOG is not a good reason. You're inadvertently kind of making this overall issue worse. I would recommend treating every server you play on as if it were your own. I'm sure the HOG admins would not do anything to you for an honest accident, especially to a member, and same probably goes for all servers. You should read the manual, watch some videos, or even go to a training server briefly before you do anything in a real online match because what makes this game amazing is when all 100 players are able to be useful in some manner to their team. Every noob, troll and/or retard takes a percentage point away from the overall possible experience when they take up a spot on any server and some servers are know to regularly harbor more than others. Also, if a server is full you can always join the queue because getting into a server with experienced players is like 100 times better than the opposite and totally worth waiting a few minutes for.

hahahaaha as if i didnt read the manual and spend many hours in the training server before joining a live one, i don't roll that way

You could just join an infantry squad and tell everyone you are new right off the bat. that usually goes really well. people are usually quite understanding, just use ur mic and listen to what the SL says.

For the record, I don't know much about what happened regarding HOG & FCV but understand now that there is a serious divide between some hardcore players. I don't know what else to say, I don't really want to be apart of it so I haven't really dug too deep into the details but may now if I deem it necessary for whatever reason.

And I have zero idea what you're talking about regarding the feedback thread. I'm just here trying to gain back some respect from the admin team. That really is all. The only reason I chimed in to this thread was because I'm lingering around waiting to hear back on my ban appeal and happened to see c0dy post something directly relating to me which, which occurred hours before which I could and have provided the only other firsthand account of. I don't see a feedback thread anywhere on this website. I didn't really look around on your old website, just made my appeal which is the only thing I've ever posted to any PR related website/forum. Even if I could, I would have to start defending random people for stuff I was not a part of; but also go to other websites and do the same because that's what I would have to do to be fair since that's how I am. I could go around being a PR superhero but I don't think it needs one yet and I don't want to spend my time doing that. If you desire I can commit to looking at whatever feedback thread your talking about associated with HOG, that I can access with this account, if you tell me where to look.
