Admins!! Abusing power!!:(

I went through the trouble I joining this site so I can shed light on a serious issue. Admins on your very popular server are Abusing there power. For example, (rage guy), (jevski), are both power hungry and abusive with there administrative rights. I got kicked twice in five minutes once for a bad landing on a drop off. And then banned for all chatting that some admins are power hungry. My question for this forum is simply this, is there a selection process when granting admin rights. Also, why grant rights such as These to people whom abuse such rights?? I have personally witnessed many times these two abusing there rights... Thank you for the time you have given me.

Using me as a n example is expected . Just ask people that aren't scared of being banned for telling the truth. I could write a defense on every single "infraction" that jevski noted. However, instead of posting just my offenses which was quite intuitive btw, why not post all the incidents from when jevski, or rage guy have banned or kicked someone? I would wager at least half of said incidents would prove to be administrative abuse..
