Please have all the rules that you enforce in your list of rules here on the website.
For example, you are enforcing a rule that says its forbidden to attack enm repair station not located inside uncappable bases (maps other than Muttra), yet that rule does not exist in your list of rules.
Im sure there are more rules than this one to document for everyone to read and know about.

In that case I still dont know where the issue lies. Are you allowed to attack repair station if it is not inside a mainbase or was this a case of enforcing rules you dont have?

haley replied, so yes, you are allowed to attack it and correct, there is no rule that prevents it, please see the rules page as i have linked.
