I think he is talking about how the server has low pop at night on the weekdays so admins will set muttrah then maybe fallujah etc to seed for the Europeans when they wake up.

Are you saying you want mavotes more rather than sets late at night? When its low pop fallujah gaza etc get set because the maps are good at seeding.
