Waiting time before battle

I suggest to change waiting time for match after loading instead of 3 min to 4/5min as I saw on some other servers. That would be good because then players with bad network or ping could have chance to make sq, take some kit... It happened to me a lot of time that my loading because of ping or network would last very long and when it loaded it was alredy under 1min before round starts, sometimes even happened to me that round starts few minutes before my loading ends. I think if you change that waiting time on 4/5min it would help a lot of players because it's realy annoying when there is your favorite map or some map that you realy like and you don't have a chance to make some asset squad, join some good infantry squad or take some kit. Please change that or at least think about it and consider about changing it, thank you.
