Im going to play some Squad tonight and maybe tomorrow nite if anyone is interested in playing let me know. Im just looking to see if its worth running a server on. Im thinking sometime around 1800 EST.

I just built a new PC in the last couple of weeks and I'm able to play more performance-demanding games which is why I've been playing HLL a lot recently. I have considered Squad, but haven't gotten into it because I've also heard a lot of bad reviews. If we were to get a server for it I think I'd be a lot more inclined to play. I definitely want to stay in the same genre of realistic FPS.

I'd ignore the reviews since people never provide the correct context: Squad is still early in development so there's a lot of imperfections at the moment. I've played and I've had fun, but not as much as fun as PR *for now*. Squad would be much better playing with people I know, and I think perhaps down the road a few months it would be cool to have an official HOG server supporting it. At the present time though, a HOG Squad server might kill the PR server and we'd all be left with an alpha-developed game that will leave a lot of people pining for PR again.
