Tank is tank, apc is all apc's including mtlb....aa not claimable, techie not claimable...trans not claimable, logi not claimable

Tracked APC and Wheeled APC's are to be combined with a minimum of 6 squad members before being locked and must be named APC, this squad will encompass ALL Armored Pers. Carriers including IFV's
Tank squads require a minimum of 4 members before being locked. The squad must be named TANK.
Do not create duplicate squads for the same asset.
Do not solo/one-man heavy assets if they require more than one person to operate properly. Any helo that has a gun for the copilot must be manned by 2 crewman.

I read that, but in regards to the TOW MTLB, spandrel, Scimitar, there's the "not an armored personnel carrier" crap that people pull out of their asses all the time.

It's not the first time I'd had to scratch my head over what side of the fence I'll be hung to dry on.

"Main battle tanks require a minimum crew of 4 members before being locked. The squad must be named TANK." Is that better?


Oh. There's also the M113s, Boragh, Chinese open-air .50 cal APCs which are more like HMMWVs than APCs.
Not to mention the Chinese VN-3 batmobile which looks like a jeep, but could be an APC.

I'm not here to make you pull your hair out, this is just stuff that is a troll-fest unless it's stamped out.

Been there, done that, got shut down.

All heavy assets are squad-specific. The first correctly named squad gets the asset.
Cas, Trans, Tank, APC, or a variant, as long as the type is in the name clearly its correctly named. Anti-Tank vehicles such as Sthurm(spelling) and Spandrel belongs to apc squad.

We are tired of hearing..."Spandrel is not an apc, so anyone can take it, it does not say anything in your rules...so there....

Light Scout Vehicles such as BRDM and VN-3 and Anti Air Vehicles are not claimable. If only 1 crewman is needed, it’s not an HEAVY ASSET and it's not claimable.

The real problem here is the admining. Do not discuss rules in game. Send the player to the forums...if they carry on kick or ban them.

Can just change the one sentence from

Tank squads require a minimum of 4 members before being locked.

to

Main battle tank squads require a minimum of 4 members before being locked.


Vehicles that are still in dispute (unclaimable or not?) are:

Open-air gunner position. (similar to non-CROWS HMMWV)
