Totes down for this endeavour!

I posted a similar idea on BigD forums a while ago after an attempted Aus vs. Japan event failed as a result of poor prior planning and in-game management.

Below is a thread of my suggestions for typical events/tournament match pre-start procedures. Feel free to add on to or make further suggestions as you see fit.

*************************************Essay Alert******************************************

Start up Procedure:
Pre-Game;

20mins prior to game start we all jump on TS (TeamSpeak) or Discord respectively. It would have been previous identified which program to use as I'm aware BigD is moving over to Discord soon.
This 20mins will be allotted to the teams setup. Who is the Cmder, who are the SL's and who gets which assets. An overall battle plan will be made and SL's will given their objectives and tasks for the match. Everyone would be welcome to join TS to discuss the battle plan however it is mainly used to identify leadership roles, asset designation and squad tasks and objectives.

In-Game:
With everyone on the server and roughly 3 minutes till round starts this time will split into 2 parts. (bear with me here..)

Part 1. Time to round start 3:00/2:30 (depending on individual loading times)
All comms are silent except for the commander. x1 Admin will be used to warn players of breaching silent comms whilst the Commander talks to everyone as he briefly spells out what is about to happen. With everyone aware of the overall plan we have an automatic advantage of general awareness. We understand our tasks importance and have a better grasp of what to do if the **** hits the fan all on an individual, squad and team level.

Part 2. Time to round start 1:30
Squads are made and local chat is no longer used.
SL's will designate kits, set individual and squad tasks and re-iterate the over-all battle plan. Questions will be answered in squad chat as the SL's would have planned their strategy in TS or Discord previous to game start.

Time to round start 0:00
Go Go Go! Get to your vehicles, assets or waypoints as fast a humanly possible!

It is my opinion that the first 20 minutes of a match is generally the most important and can dictate a teams overall success if used correctly. i.e fobs, back-up fobs, supply lines, single rush squads, flag caps.

And that's it.. the rest is up to the divine wisdom of war and ability..

Thought, feels, suggestions?
