Is this considered a ban?

Here, i'm not trying to appeal my ban (It's a 3 hour anyway), but i'm just gonna ask, does this considered a DoD ban? I was outside DoD and just sitting outside MEC Base, i destroyed all the assets outside DoD, but yeah, its still an asshole move. By the way! I know this is considered an asshole move, and i really apologise to the one that has been affected by my asshole move.I'm just kinda pissed because i have a ban history now, but yeah, i'm really sorry for my asshole move in this round, i will not repeat this behaviour in any time in the future, other than that, see ya! 

In very bright red letters in the rules section it clearly states "Stay away from enemy mai/DoD.
