I got temp banned unfairly

I was playing as a Hamas soldier in an AAS round against the IDF, didn't remember the name of the map sorry.
So we were having a heavily shooting and when I got into a house to hide, I saw enemy's HUMVEE going across the house where I hide with 2 soldiers, I couldn't identify them because there were a mess outside, so I thought those 2 were enemy INF go along with the JEEP. I shot them and realized that I tk 2 teammates. After that I did say SORRY FOR TEAMKILLING A LOT and I thought that maybe they had the Medit kit so I can revive them back to apologize but there wasnt any. So I return those kit to find my own, but when I was finding my rilfeman kit I got banned for 3 hours because of "teamkilling for kits".
It was an accident and I had apologized to them for my mistake but still got temp banned
